    It is a tool to help you cutting jumping wires to insert into a breadboard to a desired length and form. Here is the video for how to use it. Attach it to your wire stripper. The 2.54mm pitch scale will stick out next to the tool. Just cut the wire using it as a guide, and you will get nice, uniform U-shaped jumping wires.

By using these pins or coupling pins for back surface coupling, you can make a multi-layer breadboard like “Ikura-don(salmon roe on rice) board”.
